The Burmese Dha swords are a complex combination of Chinese and semi-Japanese designs. Usually they are known to the outside world for their curved blade with a single edge and little to no guard, similar to the Thai Daab swords. Our sword comes from a local tribal variant comprising of all the features of the normal Dha sword without the curved blade. They are grade 220/201 stainless instead of the original hard steel design, so as to minimize sword maintenance and rusting.
